Where did this journey begin?

Well...my life began to change on the 17th September 2008 when I had my very first Health Kinesiology appointment with one of the loveliest woman I think I shall ever meet in my life. This appointment was made by my father who after taking me to the doctors three times for severe panic attacks didn't know what else to do and I had no idea what I was doing or what was happening to me or why this panic began but all he said was "She will help you" and it's not often he says them kinds of things so I trusted him completely 100%...and I'm glad I did so.
So, my first appointment... I was completely and utterly baffled by what was happening but that's what made it so absolutely fascinating I believe. I walked into the Health Kinesiologist's house and instantly, even though being a complete stranger at the time, I felt as though... she was an auntie or something, as though I could open up to her. She has such an unbelievable and indescribable warmth to her, she's one of them people who... you can't not like. Being that kind of person, I instantly felt as though that she and this completely alien therapy to me were going to help. No, I didn't magically feel amazing after the first appointment but I was upbeat and felt as though with this, change could happen and I could move on and live my life....
